Made-to-Order Policy

Because every Magniframe is custom-built with your photos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.

Defects & Damage

If your Magniframe arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Order Errors

If we made an error with your order (wrong size, wrong color, missing photos), we will correct it immediately at no charge.
